The "Class Teacher" Chris Gross comic dates back to my
youth. Specifically, this was in my 7th grade. This is
when I had the pleasure of becoming acquainted with
this friendly individual.
After 3 years of studying and sketching him and his
Fellow teachers, (For the class’s amusement, of course),
I began my class teacher series, depicting their zany
antics. The first pages were drawn in 1989 – long after I had
Left this school. Chris Gross has appeared in Myrkky
since 1993!
Here are a few select pages, translated from Finnish,
For the rest of the world to enjoy. To this day, I’m
still unsure if the teachers are aware of their
alternative comic personas!
Note that the names have been changed to protect the
innocent... namely me!
